Goa Sand Art fest from Dec 16

An official press release by the Goa tourism department also announced that the third edition of Goa Sand Art Festival will be held between December 16 and December 19 at Miramar beach, Panaji.
Organized by Sand Cult, a sand sculpting company in association with Goa tourism, the annual festival creates awareness about a social issue and provides a platform for upcoming artists to showcase their talent. This year, the sand art festival will feature Simon Smith, a world renowned sand sculptor from the UK.
